User Data Deletion Instructions

According to Meta Platform rules and global privacy regulations (GDPR/CCPA), you have the right to request deletion of your account data.

Important Notice: Data deletion is permanent. Once processed, your saved level progress, achievements, unlocked skins, and WebSpider Universal Wallet coin balances cannot be recovered.

How to Request Deletion

Method A: Request via Email (Recommended)

Send an email to grievance@webspiderstudios.com with the subject line Delete My Account - [Your User ID or Email].

Our automated data management system will process your request, erase your records from our Google Cloud Firestore servers, and confirm deletion within 48 to 72 hours.

Method B: Remove via Facebook App Settings

If you logged in using Facebook:

Open your Facebook Profile Settings & Privacy → Settings.
Click Apps and Websites.
Find Aqua Sort / WebSpider Studios Hub and click Remove.
Under View Removed Apps, click Send Request to request data deletion.

Data Erased Upon Request:

User profile details (Name, Email, Profile Photo, Facebook ID).
Cloud-saved level data, high scores, and achievement history.
Universal WebSpider Wallet balances and virtual items.
