Refund & Cancellation Policy

For developer licenses, SaaS subscriptions, and digital tools (including WebSpider VCS, WebSpider 3D, and AI tool suites):

• 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: If you encounter technical defects or incompatibility within fourteen (14) days of initial purchase that our engineering team cannot resolve, you are entitled to a full refund.
• Subscription Cancellations: You may cancel recurring software subscriptions at any time via your Account Settings. Cancellation terminates future billing cycles while maintaining access through the current paid term.
• Immediate Revocation on Abuse: Accounts found violating license terms, decompiling proprietary binaries, or attempting unauthorized distribution will have access terminated without refund eligibility.

For digital game purchases and downloadable content:

• Third-Party Storefronts: Games purchased through the Google Play Store, Steam, Epic Games Store, or itch.io are subject to the respective platform's refund guidelines.
• Direct Web Downloads: Games purchased directly through WebSpider Studios portals qualify for a refund within seven (7) days if playtime is under two (2) hours and technical execution failure is documented.

For physical merchandise items (hoodies, t-shirts, caps, collectables):

• Damage on Delivery: If an item arrives damaged, defective, or in incorrect sizing, please notify our support team within seven (7) days of delivery with photos for a prompt replacement or full refund.
• Condition for Returns: Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.

4. Refund Processing & Payout Timelines

Approved refunds are credited automatically to the original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking, or Payment Gateway) within 5 to 7 business days depending on your banking institution.
